Since public space in the traditionnal sense has disappeared, the city is now divided into a series of enclaves, interconnected by many networks : traffic, information, human relationships...
These enclaves are interconnected, but do not melt any more into a single shape. They do not form a " city ", but an infinite series of cities, which are different depending on the point of view.
In this network, one makes one's own city with the ingredients one chooses, like in a cocktail-party. It's a " cocktail-party city " - and you have to be invited if you want to eat.
